Terms of Use

The website www.excelfurniture.co.in is owned and managed by Excel Furniture a Unit of Excel Interior Solutions having its registered office/factory at F-69 Sector-8, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We’re enlisting terms of use for customers using our website online or physical visit. Please read the terms of use carefully before purchasing any products from us. By doing a purchase with us you signify your acceptance of the terms of use and to be legally bound by the same.

Title of Goods

  • We pass You the ownership of the Goods after full payment of your order.
  • No warranty or any guarantees comes in effect before You pay all balances in full.
  • Any balance more than ten (10) days past due will bear interest at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum.

Production

  • Products are subject to the availability of raw materials.
  • The production time for Goods will be according to the project and its work and it may vary according to customization.
  • An order is a custom order when You request any change to any of our Goods or request a new design from your own sketch or photo.
  • Change of fabric or finishes is not a custom order.
  • An order is processed only after advance received with formal purchase order and technically confirmation.

Finish of Products

  • Excel Furniture will provide an accurate representation of the product finishes with photos or factory visits and no major changes can be done at the site.
  • We will try to produce 100% product finish but sometimes it may vary due to the customer’s choice.

Payment

  • We require a 50% deposit to start the production of Your order.
  • You need to pay the remaining 50% balance payment before delivery of goods for shipment.
  • Payment will only be accepted using RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI and Cash only. Bank cheque will not be entertained.

Cancellation

  • You may not cancel or change your order after We received the deposit.
  • Cancellation is only possible if We accept it by written notice.
  • Canceled Goods we accept to re-stock will incur a restocking fee of 3% for ten days of the Goods Price.
  • We accept no cancellation or refund on custom-made Goods.
  • There is no refund if You cancel your order.
  • We will only repair or replace faulty Goods.

Delivery of Goods

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, You are responsible for all costs of transportation for your Goods between your destination.
  • If We agree to deliver your Goods, We will make every reasonable effort to keep to delivery schedules.
  • We will take no responsibility for delivery delays occurring because of external events beyond our reasonable control.
  • We accept no cancellation or refund on custom-made Goods.
  • There is no refund if You cancel your order.
  • You agree to accept your Goods as soon as We are able to deliver them.

Delivery & Damage of Goods

  • You should inspect all the goods in our factory, we’re not responsible for any loss of goods due to accident during transit..
  • If see any problem, you should send us photographs showing the Goods with defects within two days after unloading Your container.
  • If You receive defective Goods, you should write a detailed description to explain the defects.
  • In the case of a manufacturing defect, the defect shall be rectified by our technician on-site or may be brought to the factory.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by any third-party during the loading, shipment, and unloading of your container.
